Dogs & Cats Welcome
CATS are allowed (up to 35 lbs each). One-time fee: $250 per cat. Monthly pet rent: $50 per cat. DOGS are allowed (up to 50 lbs each). One-time fee: $250 per dog. Monthly pet rent: $50 per dog. Maximum of 2 animals per unit. All pets must be spayed/neutered, over one year old, licensed, inoculated, and certified by a veterinarian.
